Denise Simons our founder has a telemarketing history along with being a sales orientated/customer services manager who also has been a regional sales manager. Denise’s experience led to the request to form a company that could provide services to support, grow and connect businesses and people. 

When Relate Communications was created, as part of our philosophy we did not create a dedicated call centre, but we instead wanted to have the ability to work remotely with people able to work from wherever they wanted in a positive environment.

We offer trained people to act as part of your company as the “hidden arm” at the forefront of your team no matter the business size. We can manage your current customer base, cold call, book appointments, help launch a new product, manage interviews & surveys, in fact if it can be done on the phone, we can do it.
